Adult Birthday Party Planning

I am the owner of an Event Venue in Ottawa (Byward Market) and I have a client who is looking for an event coordinator to put together his birthday party. We offer just the event space so I am looking for someone who can coordinate the rest of the event (food, bar etc)
His preferred event date is Nov. 27th but with some flexibility. He is expecting 35 guests and has chosen and discussed entertainment with a specific band.
