Event Manager/ Event Listings

I am looking for an experienced event manager to assist me with managing a series of workshops.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in event management, particularly with workshops
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with a specific location in mind
- Knowledge of event logistics and budget management
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating the logistics of 1-3 workshops
- Securing and managing the specific location for the events
- Handling budget and financial aspects of the events
- Collaborating with vendors and suppliers
- Managing event registrations and attendee communication
- Overseeing event setup and teardown
- Ensuring a smooth and successful execution of the workshops
