NRL Game Brand Activation Assistance
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I'm in need of an event assistant for a Dragons NRL Home Game at WIN Stadium, Wollongong Sunday 28 July, with an emphasis on brand activation activities outside of the stadium. Squadron Energy is a major sponsor of the St George Illawarra Dragons NRL team and we're doing an activation outside the stadium.
Tasks Include:
- 1 hour Fri 26 Jul: Collect merchandise from Squadron Energy Wollongong office, stands, table, collateral, inflatable rugby pass cage, load up in vehicle - need you to have a vehicle with storage (i.e a van is ideal)
- 10am - 12pm Sun 28 Jul - Deliver above stock to stadium at 10am
- Assist with construction and set up of inflatable pass cage, stand, assemblage of merch giveaways
- 2-3pm - pack down and load up vehicle once NRL game commences, store assets overnight
- Mon 29 Jul - 1 hour: Drop assets back at Wollongong office
Total hours estimated: 5 hours across three days
We will have team members at the activation stand, and others handing out hand clappers to punters at the gate. We will also be hosting people at the corporate venue in the stadium. What we really need is an extra events person, who has a drivers license and vehicle with storage (ideally a van) and is available across the above days and times to assist. Our team on the ground will also help with setting up and packing down, we just really need someone to manage taking the assets to and from the stadium as we will also be attending the game once the activation wraps up when the game commences.
Looking for someone who is available, has some operations or events experience and keen to work on a fun event!
