Montdale Family Reunion Photographer Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our extended family is gathering at Montdale Country Club on Saturday, Sept 5, from 1 pm to 6 pm, and I’m looking for a photographer who can document the afternoon in a relaxed yet polished way.
Here’s the flow: guests will be seated for dinner from 2 pm – 3 pm, so I’d love a mix of candid table shots and a few lightly-posed images while everyone is still together. Between 3 pm – 4 pm we’ll move into more deliberate family-group portraits indoors; an on-site backdrop or creative use of the club’s interior is preferred. From 4 pm onward you’re welcome to keep capturing spontaneous moments as relatives mingle, play lawn games, or simply catch up.
I’ve selected “mix of both” for style because I want the warmth of candid storytelling combined with a handful of frame-worthy posed photos. No single “key moment” dominates the day, so feel free to shoot continuously and use your eye for anything memorable.
Final deliverables I’d like:
• High-resolution, color-corrected digital files (download link or USB)
• A handful of black-and-white edits if you feel they suit the mood
If you have suggestions about timing, lighting, or a quick step-and-repeat setup to speed group shots, I’m all ears. Please include a brief note on your gear, sample galleries featuring mixed-style family events, and your estimated turnaround time for edited images.
Looking forward to working together and making sure everyone goes home with photos they’ll treasure.
