About the Role
Databloom AI and Tech is launching its flagship product: the AI Job-Ready Bootcamp for College Students 20-hour, hands-on program designed to help final-year non-technical students (BBA, BCom, BA, BCA) use generative AI for spreadsheets, professional communication, research, and career readiness.
We are seeking an aggressive, well-spoken Freelance Growth Executive in Prayagraj to drive institutional B2B partnerships with local colleges and execute hyper-local online B2C student enrollment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
College Institutional Pitching (B2B): Secure appointments with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, and College Administrators across Prayagraj to pitch our Campus Cohort and Pilot Workshop tiers.
Student Community Outreach (B2C):Drive individual student registrations for our public cohorts using localized online campaigns, student networks, and campus ambassador channels.
On-Ground Lead Generation:Present and distribute Databloom’s sales one-pagers and partnership pitch decks to institutional decision-makers.
Market Mapping: Identify key colleges, management institutes, and coaching hubs across Prayagraj (Civil Lines, Katra, Naini, etc.) that prioritize student employability.
Requirements:
Location:Must be permanently based in or highly familiar with Prayagraj's academic ecosystem.
Communication:Exceptional presentation skills in English and Hindi. Ability to speak confidently to college directors and professors.
Tech-Savvy: You do not need to code, but you must understand how generative AI, prompt engineering, and basic automation tools are used for workplace productivity.
Background: Prior experience in EdTech sales, institutional campus marketing, or event management in Prayagraj is highly preferred. MBA or final-year corporate-minded students may apply.
