LA Wellness Booth Promoter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m Joey L. Dowdy, a Los-Angeles-based dance and fitness pro, and I’ll be hosting a promotional booth at a city-wide wellness event on Thursday, Sept 18, 2025, from 11 AM to 3 PM. I need one upbeat, people-focused assistant to keep the energy high and ensure every visitor leaves knowing who we are and how to stay in touch.
What you’ll actually do
• Spark friendly conversations with passers-by, invite them into the space, and keep the vibe fun and welcoming.
• Oversee all sign-ups and giveaway entries, making sure names, emails, and phone numbers are recorded clearly and legibly.
• Hand out brochures, flyers, and business cards and cue short digital videos on a tablet when someone wants to learn more.
You’ll be on your feet, so casual-but-neat attire is perfect—think comfortable shoes paired with a tidy top and jeans or slacks. No heavy sales pitch is required; the goal is brand exposure and lead capture only.
Before the event
I’ll email the PDFs of the brochures and a link to the short promo video so you can arrive confident with the key talking points. Plan to meet me on-site at 10:15 AM for a quick orientation and booth walk-through.
Deliverable on the day
– A completed sign-up sheet (paper or digital, I’ll provide the format) with accurate contact details for every willing attendee.
– All giveaway items distributed according to the simple rules we’ll review at check-in.
If you thrive on live interaction, keep a positive attitude, and can manage light admin tasks while chatting with strangers, you’ll fit right in. Let me know about any past event or street-team experience, and I’ll get back to you quickly.
