Wedding Day Coordinator
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled wedding coordinator for day-of coordination for my wedding with around 80 guests. The coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the timeline.
- Coordinating with vendors on the day.
- Overseeing ceremony and reception setup and pack up.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience in wedding coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors on the wedding day

The wedding is to take place in Yamba, NSW on Saturday 7th of November 2026.
Ceremony to be at the lighthouse in the afternoon with reception to follow at the Yamba SLSC.
