Virtual Holiday Party Host Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together a two-hour online holiday celebration for my fully remote team on December 19 and would love to hand the reins to someone who can plan and emcee the entire experience inside Microsoft Teams.
Here is what I need from you:
• Design a run-of-show that fills two engaging hours, balancing downtime with quick-fire fun. Trivia rounds, an “ugliest sweater” spotlight, and a couple of energetic minute-to-win-it challenges may be included, but feel free to mix in any other creative twists you think will keep spirits high.
• Propose a fresh overarching theme—last year we did “Slay the Runway,” so anything new is welcome.
• Coordinate all technical elements: breakout rooms, screen-sharing, polls, music, and smooth transitions so participants never feel the lag often associated with virtual gatherings.
• Supply a simple prep checklist for attendees (e.g., sweater cam set-up, household items for minute-to-win-it).
• Host the party live, keeping energy up, tracking scores, announcing winners, and making sure everyone—introverts included—feels involved.
