Techno Pop-Up Event Manager Needed

I’m a DJ, running intimate, Boiler Room-style coffee-raves (50-200 guests) and I need a hands-on manager who can take the next show from idea to after-movie. Your number-one mission is promotion—turning the right heads and filling the room—but I’m relying on you for the full cycle: scouting a suitable underground-friendly venue, driving ticket sales, and running the floor on show day while the photo/video crew rolls.

Promotion first
I’m open to any channel that actually converts. If you can sell out a 150-cap room through Instagram reels, micro-influencer shout-outs, guerrilla flyers around record stores, or cross-posting in local techno groups, go for it. Pitch me your strategy, timelines, and the metrics you’ll watch.

Venue and logistics
Once we lock the date, I’ll need a shortlist of potential spaces. You’ll negotiate the booking, confirm tech specs and load-in times, and coordinate access for videographers and photographers.

Show-day coordination
On the night you’ll manage door staff, run sheets, artist changeovers, and the content team so I can stay on the decks and the crowd stays locked in.
