TTF Ahmedabad Event Assistant

I need a local freelancer or business student to attend the Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF Ahmedabad 2025) at Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre from 31 July to 2 August on my behalf.

Key Tasks:
• Attend fair from 9 AM–6 PM daily
• Visit selected exhibitor booths (list provided)
• Collect brochures, catalogs, and business cards
• Take photos/videos (where permitted)
• Ask a few basic questions (script provided)
• Send daily reports and files via WhatsApp or email

Requirements:
• Based in or near Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
• Confident communication skills
• Familiarity with tourism or business events a plus
• Smartphone with camera and WhatsApp
