TTF Ahmedabad Assistant

I need a local freelancer or business student to attend the Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF Ahmedabad 2025) at Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre from 31 July to 2 August.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Visiting the fair during exhibition hours (9 AM–6 PM)
• Visiting selected exhibitor booths (list provided)
• Collecting brochures, catalogs, and business cards
• Taking photos/videos (where permitted)
• Asking a few basic questions (script provided)
• Sending daily reports and files via WhatsApp or email

Requirements:
• Based in or near Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
• Confident communication skills
• Familiarity with tourism or business events a plus
• Smartphone with camera and WhatsApp

Budget: ₹1000–₹1200 per day
Total Duration: 3 days
