Support & Content Creation for Luxury Rally

Freelance Advance Team & Content Support for Luxury Car Rally (13–18 May 2026)

Dear Team,

I am from Belgium and the organiser of an international classic & supercar rally that will take place in Spain (Extramaduro/ Castilia region) from 13 to 18 May 2026.

For this event, I am looking to collaborate with a young, dynamic freelance duo or couple (ideally Madrid-based) who can support us on site with both operational coordination and photo/video content creation during the entire rally.

Project Scope

The selected profiles would act as an advance team, travelling ahead of our group of approximately 12 cars / 24 participants (all men).

Main responsibilities would include:

- Arriving ahead of the rally group at hotels and restaurants
- Coordinating hotel check-ins and collecting room keys (all hotels and restaurants are already booked)
- Ensuring parking logistics and rally branding (flags / banners) are correctly placed
- Confirming restaurant reservations, service and table setup
- Supporting general on-site organisation and communication
- Assistance in case of technical problems with the teams/cars (coordination)
- Creating high-quality photo and video coverage (daily atmosphere shots of cars, participants, roads and scenery, hotels, restaurants,…): photo book and aftermovie after the rally.

Practical Details

- Period: 13 May (morning arrival of the cars on trucks from Belgium at Madrid Barajas Airport) until 18 May (approx. 6PM– loading of the cars on the trucks for transport back to Belgium from Madrid Barajas Airport)
- Full participation during the rally (5 nights / 6 days travelling through Spain)
- Hotels and all meals will be fully covered
- Transport can be via own vehicle or rental car (to be discussed)
- Compensation: €1,250 total (all-in for the duo) via invoice

We are specifically looking for profiles who:

- Speak Spanish and English fluently
- Are well presented and comfortable in a premium international environment
- Are proactive, organised and solution-oriented
- Have experience in events, hospitality, production assistance or content creation
- Can deliver daily photo selections and short video content, plus final highlight material after the rally

This rally combines automotive passion, luxury hospitality, scenic routes and historic locations, and we are looking for people who are enthusiastic to be part of a unique experience while ensuring flawless execution on the ground. The budget is limited, but the event is a nice travel experience for the freelance crew.
