Staged Accident Brand Activation
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹50,000 INR
I want to launch a buzz-worthy, on-ground activation for a dashcam brand across Gurgaon, Delhi and Bangalore. The idea is to stage a minor two-car “accident” right in the middle of a road, then reveal a banner that reads, “X hota toh pata chal jata kiski galti hai.” The goal is simple: stop commuters in their tracks, spark conversation and instantly connect the product’s value with a real-world scenario.
I’m concentrating on full event execution rather than pure design work, so I’m after an agency that can handle everything from scouting and securing high-traffic intersections to coordinating permissions with local authorities. The scene itself must look authentic, so realistic car models are non-negotiable. If you have clever ways to layer in actors or audience interaction, great—feel free to propose them—but the core requirement is a life-like crash tableau that feels spontaneous yet stays completely safe.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
• End-to-end concept refinement and creative deck
• All municipal clearances and traffic police coordination
• Procurement or fabrication of realistic vehicles and crash props
• On-site production crew and safety management plans
• Fabrication and placement of the reveal banner in brand colours
• Photography, short-form video and drone shots for post-event social amplification
• Post-activation report with engagement metrics and recommendations
Experience with similar guerrilla or experiential campaigns in India is crucial; links or case studies will help me evaluate quickly. Timing is tight—I’m ready to green-light the project as soon as I see a solid roadmap and previous work that proves you can pull off controlled chaos without real chaos.
