Speaker Coordination for Fitness Festival
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m producing a virtual fitness festival and need someone to take full ownership of the speaker side of the show. We have 1–5 presenters already confirmed in principle; what’s missing is a steady hand to lock in their exact time slots, gather tech requirements, and keep everyone aligned right up to the event.
Here’s what you’ll do from day one:
• Reach out to each speaker, confirm availability, and secure their preferred slot within the agenda.
• Create a living run-of-show that includes buffers for transitions and any warm-ups they require.
• Maintain prompt, friendly communication—calendar invites, reminders, and quick status updates are essential.
• Coordinate with our streaming vendor so each presenter’s audio-video setup is tested in advance.
Acceptance criteria:
1. All speaker slots confirmed in writing at least seven days before we go live.
2. Final run-of-show delivered as a shareable document (Google Sheets or Excel).
3. Contact log showing each touchpoint with speakers and vendor, time-stamped.
