Comprehensive Event Manager for Intimate Parties

I'm hosting a series of intimate gatherings, accommodating up to 50 guests per event, and I need a professional event manager to handle everything, from concept to execution. Each gathering will have a unique theme, held in venues ranging from chic indoor lofts to open-air gardens. I'm flexible on venue options as long as they match the guest count and theme.
Responsibilities include concept development, venue selection, negotiations with vendors, décor, catering coordination, entertainment booking, on-site management during the event, and post-event feedback.
Deliverables:
- Two venue options per event with pricing/layout details
- Detailed run-of-show and vendor list a week prior
- Day-of oversight for seamless management
- Post-event debrief with recommendations
