We are looking beyond simply selling chess sets—we want to establish **Reki Life Chess Club** as an engaging destination for players of all skill levels.

We are seeking experienced individuals, chess academies, organizations, or companies that can help us build, launch, and manage this initiative.

## Project Objective

Develop a complete online chess club and tournament ecosystem under the **Reki Life Chess Club/Academy** brand, where members can:

* Register and become club members.
* Participate in regular online chess tournaments.
* Improve their chess skills through a structured community.
* Earn rankings through continuous tournament participation.
* Build a long-term player profile within the Reki ecosystem.

## Scope of Work

The selected freelancer or organization should be able to assist with some or all of the following:

* Recommend the most suitable online chess platform (e.g., Chess.com, Lichess, or a custom solution).
* Set up and brand the official Reki Life Chess Club.
* Design a tournament structure (Swiss, Arena, Knockout, leagues, etc.).
* Develop a member registration and onboarding process.
* Create an ongoing player ranking and leaderboard system.
* Organize recurring online tournaments (weekly, monthly, seasonal, and championship events).
* Provide tournament administration and fair-play management.
* Advise on tournament rules, formats, and prize structures.
* Help build and grow the chess community.
* Integrate branding opportunities for Reki Life throughout the player experience.
* Recommend tools for registrations, communications, certificates, and event management.
* Suggest a scalable roadmap for future online and offline chess events.
