In-Person Product Education Seminar

Job ID: 40628290

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m putting together a series of in-person seminars designed to educate potential customers about our product line and show them, face-to-face, how each solution can solve their day-to-day challenges. I need someone who can take the concept and turn it into a polished, well-attended event experience—from shaping the content to driving attendance and managing on-site logistics.

Because the sessions are strictly in person, venue scouting, room layout, signage, and smooth registration flow matter just as much as the educational material itself. The marketing push must focus on attracting qualified prospects, not just general traffic, so copywriting, email sequences, social posts, and any print collateral should speak directly to buyer pain points and lead naturally toward post-event follow-up.

To keep expectations clear, here’s what I’ll look for at delivery:

• A concise agenda and slide deck that teach the product’s key features and real-world benefits.
• A promotional plan (email, social, local outreach) aimed at filling seats with prospective customers.
• Venue and on-site logistics checklist—AV needs, signage, staffing, run-of-show.
• Post-event lead-nurture outline so we can sustain momentum after the seminar.

If you’re experienced in event marketing, know how to craft educational, customer-centric content, and can run an in-person seminar seamlessly, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this project.
