In-Person Event Sales Launch
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m bringing a new physical product to market and I need a marketer who can act as my right-hand through launch. The immediate priority is winning early customers through in-person events—trade shows, pop-ups, live demos—then converting every useful conversation into revenue.
Here’s what the role looks like day to day: you’ll identify the best events for our niche, handle registrations and booth logistics, shape a compact but eye-catching display, script the demo, coach me on delivery, and keep meticulous track of leads for fast post-event follow-up. Collateral such as a leave-behind flyer, price sheet, and a simple pitch deck will need to be created or refined along the way.
Deliverables
• Three-month event strategy with budget outline
• End-to-end management of at least two launch events, plus a short performance report after each
• Editable sales collateral in PDF and print-ready formats
I’ll supply product samples, basic brand guidelines, and my own calendar; you bring the hustle, clear communication, and a proven record of closing face-to-face sales for physical goods. If all goes well, we can layer on social media or email later, but for now it’s boots on the ground and results in hand.
