Lady Promoter with Laptop for 2-Day International Expo in Delhi (31st July & 1st Aug 2025)
Job Description:
Shaurya4Equality Pvt. Ltd. (S4E), in collaboration with IIFOMAS (India International Forum on Mine Action and Safety), is participating in the upcoming International Police Expo scheduled on 31st July and 1st August 2025, at Hall No. 12 & 12A, Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), New Delhi.
We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-spoken female promoter (freelancer) to represent S4E at the event. You will be our on-ground presence at the expo, sharing our vision, showcasing our digital presentations and initiatives, and collecting leads from visitors.

Responsibilities:
• Be present at the S4E standee in IIFOMAS’s exhibition stall on both days (8 hours per day).
• Use your own laptop to display presentations, videos, and key content provided by S4E.
• Professionally interact with booth visitors and briefly explain S4E’s mission and services.
• Collect business cards/contact details of visitors and note specific interests or inquiries.
• Represent the organization with sincerity, clarity, and enthusiasm.

Requirements:
• Female Graduate, aged 22 to 35 years preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Must have a personal laptop in good working condition and be comfortable operating it during the event.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and articulate.
• Prior event, exhibition, or promotional experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on both dates.

Compensation:
• ₹4,000 per day (Total ₹8,000 for 2 days)

• Certificate of appreciation can be issued upon request.
