Outdoor Awards Ceremony Planning
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are hosting an Awards Ceremony and are looking for a professional videographer (or small team) to capture the event. The coverage will include both roaming and stationary camera work.

Date: Thursday, Oct 23
Location: Henderson, NV
Time:
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Two non‑moving cameras locked on the stage (one wide shot, one close‑up) to record the full ceremony.
Requirements:
Professional video equipment (HD or 4K preferred).
Ability to provide raw footage (editing optional, please specify if you offer editing services).
Experience with live events, awards, or corporate functions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work seamlessly in a formal event environment.
Deliverables:
Full raw footage from all cameras.
(Optional) Edited highlight reel of the event (please quote separately if available).
