Freelance Event Coordinator Needed for Wedding Day
I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance event coordinator to assist with my wedding in Sydneyon Saturday 12th July 2025. This is a one-day + post-event pack-down role—I’ll be handling all the planning, styling, and decor selection myself but need someone to bring it all together smoothly on the day.
What I Need:
Set-up support on the wedding day (placing decor, ensuring everything looks as planned, coordinating with the venue).
Pack-down assistance the following day (collecting and packing decor, liaising with the venue for bump-out).
Point of contact for vendors and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
Ideal for Someone Who:
✔ Has experience in event coordination, hospitality, or wedding day execution.
✔ Is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
✔ Can take direction but also work independently on the day.
