I'm seeking an experienced event manager to oversee a mobile ice skating rink in Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth running of the rink.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a great experience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Event management expertise is a must.
- Strong customer service and operational management skills are necessary.
- Prior experience in managing recreational facilities is a plus.
