Marathon Crew Needed India Cities
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting together a four-city marathon series and need seasoned, on-ground support in Delhi, Kolkata and Bengaluru (the final city will be confirmed shortly). For each stop I require:
• Event Coordinator – take charge of race-week timelines, liaise with vendors and authorities, and keep the run-day schedule on track.
• Logistics Manager – map out route barricading, aid-station drops, sound & lighting setups, and oversee kit-expo freight.
• Volunteer Coordinator – recruit, brief and manage 150–200 volunteers, ensuring marshal positions and water points are fully staffed.
You’ll work with my central team in the lead-up, attend pre-event walk-throughs, then run the show locally during build, race day and strike. Familiarity with road-closure procedures, police/NHAI permissions, and timing-chip providers is a strong plus.
Deliverables are simple: a smooth, safe race that opens on time, flows without congestion, and leaves the venue clean by evening. Share your city, role, and two recent endurance events you’ve handled, and I’ll get back to you with the date sheet and next steps.
