Long-Term Event Management Partner Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I run a brand-new start-up and I’m looking to build an ongoing relationship with an experienced events specialist who can grow with us. Because the company and our audience are still taking shape, I need someone adaptable—comfortable creating fresh concepts from scratch, budgeting them realistically, and then turning them into memorable, smoothly executed experiences.
I AM READY TO OPEN A NEW PRIVATE COMPANY HERE IN AUSTRALIA
AND I WILL MAKE YOU A SHAREHOLDER TO PROVE MY GENUINENESS.
I AM ALSO OFFERING YOU A HOA TO START TO PROVE THAT WE CAN BUILD A BUSINESS
BY ITS PEOPLE
NOT BY MONEY !!!
YOU WILL RECEIVE FEES FROM OUR NEW LEADS ONLY
SO IF THIS DOES NOT SUIT YOU
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!!!
WE HAVE 5-6 BUSINESSES TO SELL DOWN VIA OUR
LICENSING (NOT FRANCHISING !!)
PLUS WE HAVE A PLAN TO COMMENCE A RUN 4 MATES EVENTS ACROSS ALL MAJOR CITIES FOR
CANCER (I AM A VICTIM OF THIS INSIDIOUS DISEASE)
THERE ARE HUGE OPPORTUNITIES
SO

PLEASE
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE LONG TERM ASSOCIATION.
You’ll take the lead on whatever mix of corporate launches, pop-ups, or community activations our roadmap calls for, owning the full cycle from pre-planning through on-site direction and post-event analysis. I work lean, so you should already have a reliable network of vendors and be confident negotiating rates, writing run-of-show documents, and wrangling logistics without much hand-holding. Familiarity with tools like Eventbrite, Cvent, Monday.com or similar planning software is a bonus; what matters most is that you can keep multiple timelines, budgets, and stakeholders aligned without losing the creative spark.
Deliverables for each engagement will typically include:
• A concise event concept & budget outline
• Detailed production schedule and vendor list
• On-site management plan (staffing, cue sheets, contingency steps)
• Post-event debrief with actionable insights
If you thrive on building systems as much as creating experiences—and want a partner who values long-term collaboration—let’s talk.
