London Repertory Theatre Promoter
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I’m launching a brand-new repertory theatre experience in London under the same creative vision that conceived Secret Cinema, and I need a mid-level promoter who lives and breathes live events to keep our shows running smoothly from first rehearsal to curtain-call.
Your core focus is event coordination. I’ll rely on you to secure and dress each venue, map out realistic build and strike timelines, and maintain a working schedule that every department—props, lighting, front-of-house—can follow without drama. Think of yourself as the stage manager of the audience experience: you turn a raw space into a fully operational performance environment, then shepherd cast, crew, and suppliers through show week so nothing slips.
Key deliverables
• Detailed timeline for tech, dress, previews, and public performances
• Venue layout & logistics plan (access, dressing rooms, FOH flow, safety)
• Daily call sheets and live updates (Google Workspace / Trello)
We’ve already locked in creative, marketing, and ticketing support, so social media and vendor sourcing are handled; your energy goes straight into physical production and real-time coordination on-site. You’ll need to be London-based or able to be in the city most days during the run, comfortable juggling moving parts, and confident speaking to venue managers and crew alike.
