Local Youth Soccer Recruiting

I am setting up a local talent-identification drive focused exclusively on youth players under 18. I need help finding, screening, and engaging promising footballers within our city so we can invite them to a dedicated trial day.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Map out the best local channels—schools, amateur clubs, community centres, social media groups—to reach U18 players.
• Create a concise outreach message and flyer I can share online and post on noticeboards.
• Build a contact list of at least 40 interested players with basic details (name, age, current team, preferred position, parent/guardian phone & email).
• Coordinate a single trial session: confirm field availability, send invitations, collect confirmations, and provide me with a clear timetable of who’s attending.

Success for this project means I receive the contact spreadsheet, promotional materials, and a simple one-page schedule for the trial. If the trial runs smoothly and we spot enough talent, there’s potential for ongoing collaboration throughout the season.
