Local Assistant Needed for Alvear Icon Hotel 2026 GCCM in Buenos Aires, Argentina (18-19 November)

From 18–19 November 2026, I will be exhibiting at the GCCM conference at the Alvear Icon Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I am looking for a reliable local professional to represent our company on-site throughout the event.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the face of the company, managing our booth and creating meaningful interactions with visitors. The focus is on professional representation, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
Attend the event on all scheduled days
Represent the company in a professional and confident manner
Meet contacts and support networking activities
Collect leads, business cards, and key discussion notes
Share daily updates including messages, photos, and summaries
Role Overview:
Arrive approximately 30 minutes before opening each day to ensure the booth is organized and welcoming (full setup handled by organizers)
Greet attendees and introduce our services using a simple briefing document provided in advance
Engage in conversations in both Spanish and English
Capture qualified leads with short notes on interest level
Provide a brief end-of-day recap including key interactions and follow-ups
No technical demonstrations or heavy setup work are required. The role is centered on creating a strong, professional, and approachable presence at the booth.
A friendly, confident personality and professional business appearance are essential. Experience in telecom, tech, or similar events is a plus, but not mandatory.
Full availability for both event days (18–19 November 2026) is required, along with participation in a short pre-event briefing call.
