Hybrid Event Flyer & Ticketing
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m organising a hybrid event—guests can attend in-person or stream online—and I need two things handled smoothly.
First, a professional, sleek flyer that I can share both as a high-resolution print file and a social-media-ready graphic. I’ll supply the copy and any brand assets you need; your job is to transform them into an eye-catching layout that reflects a polished, corporate tone while clearly highlighting the dual attendance options.
Second, I want a ticketing system fully set up and ready to sell. I’m flexible on the platform: whether you configure a popular service or build a lightweight custom checkout, what matters is that it supports separate in-person and virtual tickets, handles payments securely, and gives me clear attendee reports. If you have experience integrating live-stream access links or QR codes for on-site scanning, let me know.
Deliverables:
• Final flyer in print (PDF, 300 dpi) and digital (PNG/JPEG) formats
• Ticketing platform configured with two ticket types, payment gateway connected, and basic analytics enabled
• A brief hand-over guide so I can update ticket quantities or swap event details myself
