Hiring Event Management Companies

I would like to organize online webinars (virtual seminars)..

I would like to know the budget for 2 different scenarios:

Scenario 1. if i organize the webinar on daily basis (once per day).. with 10-30 participants..

Scenario 2. if i organize the webinar on monthly basis (once per month).. with 300-900 participants

Your job will be to advertise enough so that enough participants come in the webinar..
My job will be to present interesting content to the participants..

Each webinar topic will be related to various aspects of a business.

The target audience must be English-speaking Indians located in India.

I am doing this to build my public speaking skills.
