Graduation Event Planning & Décor

The end-of-year graduation ceremony is around the corner, and I want the venue to look and feel unforgettable. My priority is full-service support with venue booking and decoration. That means identifying an appropriate space in town that can comfortably host graduates, families, and faculty; negotiating rates and dates; then creating, sourcing, and installing all décor elements—from stage backdrop and photo areas to table centerpieces and directional signage.

While catering and entertainment are already being handled elsewhere, I’m happy to hear ideas that complement the overall look you design. What matters most is a cohesive visual concept, smooth vendor coordination, and a clear timeline so setup and teardown run to plan.

Deliverables expected:
• Shortlist of at least three available venues with capacities, costs, and pros/cons
• Final venue contract arranged in my name
• Visual mood board plus itemized décor plan (colors, props, florals, lighting)
• On-site supervision for installation before the event and removal afterward
• Post-event handover report with photos of the finished setup
