Lead the planning and execution of high-profile executive and partner events on a global scale. From intimate gatherings like dinners and breakfasts to larger side events and happy hours, ensure seamless event experiences for up to 150 attendees. Manage logistics, vendor relations, and guest experiences across diverse locations, delivering impactful moments that enhance our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage executive dinners, lunches, and breakfasts for 10-50 attendees on a global scale, including catering, venue selection, and swag distribution.
- Plan and execute partner happy hours and side events for 10-150 guests, overseeing logistics like vendor management, venue booking, and guest experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure flawless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Provide on-site event management and post-event reporting to measure success.

Skills:
- Proven experience in corporate event planning: Specifically for executive-level dinners, lunches, and partner events, ensuring high standards across various event types.
- Global event management expertise: Ability to manage events across multiple countries, understanding regional nuances in venues, catering, and cultural expectations.
- Vendor and budget management: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and stay within budget, particularly for global events with diverse requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills: Able to coordinate multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met for each.
- Customer service and guest experience focus: Prioritizing a smooth and high-touch experience for executives, partners, and clients, from initial touch points to post-event follow-ups.
