Full-Service Comedy Event Execution
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m putting together a stand-up comedy night and want an experienced event professional to take the reins on everything that turns an idea into a packed, smoothly-run show.
Where I need you most
I already have a couple of promising venues short-listed, but I’d like your guidance to lock in the best option, negotiate terms, and secure all the necessary municipal permits. Once the location is green-lit, I’ll rely on you to plan and supervise the entire physical setup—stage, lights, sound, audience flow, signage, backstage space, and artist hospitality.
Equally important is filling every seat. Craft and execute a lean, creative marketing push (digital ads, social, influencer tie-ins, maybe a cheeky guerrilla stunt) that drives ticket sales and builds hype in the weeks leading up to the show.
Transport and on-site logistics—moving equipment, coordinating vendors, and keeping the schedule tight—are also part of the brief, so proven experience with live entertainment events is essential.
Key deliverables
• Confirmed venue contract with all permits in hand
• Detailed production schedule covering load-in to load-out
• Complete venue layout plan (stage, seating, FOH, backstage)
• Marketing calendar, assets, and performance report
• Show-day coordination from doors open to final strike
If you’ve shepherded comedy, music, or similar live events from concept to curtain call and can point to successful campaigns that sold out rooms, let’s talk.
