Film Festival Organizer Needed

I'm in need of an event coordinator for a small film festival I have planned. The venue is already booked and I have a list of films to screen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Printing of physical posters (100x200 cm)
- Attending the event
- Connecting to the projector and playing the films
- Presenting the films to the audience
- Taking photos throughout the event, specifically:
- Group photos
- Shots of viewers
- Viewers watching the films
- Viewers with the poster
The entire event will last for 2 hours. Ideal candidates should have prior event coordinating experience
