Exhibition Documentary Event Photographer Needed

I need a photographer who excels in an event-documentary style to cover an upcoming exhibition. The goal is to tell the full story of the day—capturing genuine interactions, the atmosphere, and the pace of the program—without staging or interrupting the flow.

Key areas that must receive special attention are the main stage, where the formal presentations take place, and the networking lounges, where spontaneous conversations and deal-making happen. Beyond those hotspots, feel free to roam and document any compelling moments that add to the narrative.

Deliverables
• A curated set of professionally edited, high-resolution images (colour-corrected and lightly retouched) delivered via a downloadable online gallery.
• All files named and organised by location or segment so I can quickly locate shots from the stage or the lounges.
• A short highlight selection (around 10 photos) delivered within 24 hours for our social updates, with the full set ready within one week.
