Project Scope & Key Tasks:

2. Product Positioning & Offer Design: Assist in refining service positioning for review and online reputation management, digital marketing packages tailored for weddings, corporate events, and private bookings, as well as NFC digital business cards, QR inquiry systems, and guest feedback tools. Provide messaging advice that resonates with venue owners, sales managers, and event directors.
3. Event & Industry Guidance: Recommend relevant event industry expos, conferences, and trade shows to attend, sponsor, or exhibit at, providing insights on maximizing visibility, credibility, and lead generation.
