Event Ticketing Calendar Setup ticket and seats
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already have an event-calendar setup on my site, but I now need it to handle full ticket sales and seat management. The priority is clear: visitors must be able to choose from multiple ticket types and pick reserved seats right on the seating map, then complete checkout without friction.
Here is what I need you to do:
• Select and configure the most suitable calendar add-ons (or recommend a new plugin if that will work better) so that selling tickets and assigning seats becomes seamless.
• Create the seating charts, link each seat to its own inventory, and make sure different ticket categories (standard, VIP, early-bird, etc.) are all supported.
• Style the booking flow to match my site’s look, test the entire purchase journey end-to-end, and ensure confirmation e-mails plus attendee reports are generated correctly.
• No specific payment gateway is required right now, so please keep the set-up flexible—built-in or offline checkout is fine as long as future PayPal/Stripe hooks remain possible.
• Provide brief hand-over notes so I can add new events and seating layouts myself after launch.
