I’m putting together a live Investor Creator conference and need an experienced event coordinator who can land a truly big-name speaker. Although we’re a real-estate investment company, my ideal guest is a “Sports/Motivational Speaker but we are real estate investment company” whose popularity alone will draw attendees and press. Name recognition is the top priority; expertise and stage presence are secondary to star power.
What I’m counting on you to do:
• Identify and pre-qualify high-profile speakers who fit the brief and are available for our date.
• Handle all outreach, negotiations, and contractual details until a firm booking is signed.
• Coordinate speaker logistics—travel, accommodation, on-site needs, and any virtual back-up plan.
• Provide clear status updates and a final run-of-show that integrates the speaker’s requirements with our agenda.
Deliverables accepted as complete:

• Full communication log, proposal summaries, and budget implications.
• Executed contract with the chosen speaker plus a logistics sheet ready for our production team.
