We are a social community in Dubai that brings people together through fun social events, games, conversations, and unique experiences. Our goal is to help strangers become friends and create genuine human connections.

Role Overview

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing freelancer to help facilitate our weekly events and create a welcoming atmosphere for attendees. If we like the performance, then we can continue working going forward.

Responsibilities

Welcome attendees and help them feel comfortable
Introduce guests to one another
Facilitate icebreakers, games, and social activities (if required, based on the event)
Encourage conversations and participation
Help create a fun and inclusive environment
Assist with attendee registration and check-ins
Take photos and videos for social media
Support the event organizer during the event

Events

Friday – Friday Social Nights (socializing & networking)
Saturday – Saturday Club Nights: Weekend Vibes (nightlife & social experience)

Requirements

Friendly and approachable personality
Confident speaking to groups of people
Strong communication skills
Comfortable engaging with strangers
Positive energy and enthusiasm
Reliable and punctual
Previous event hosting or community-building experience is a plus

Compensation

Fixed fee per event
