I’m gearing up for a promotional event in Bengaluru and need an extra pair of capable hands on-site for the entire day (29, 30 Jan ) . Your role will cover three key areas: first, handing out branded flyers at the entrance and designated hotspots; second, engaging with passing attendees—answering basic product questions and collecting quick feedback when prompted; and third, capturing candid photos and short video clips that showcase the crowd, and any live interactions worth sharing on social media.
To make the day run smoothly, you should already be comfortable working at marketing events, speak clearly and confidently in English and know your way around a smartphone or mirrorless camera so you can shoot usable footage without constant direction. Please arrive in neat business-casual attire; I’ll provide a badge and any branded accessories.
I’ll share the exact venue details, timeline, talking points, and flyer stack once we confirm. After the event, just transfer the original photo and video files to me via Google Drive or WeTransfer—that’s the final deliverable.
