Event Booker for Food Trailer -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I own a food trailer on the Gold Coast and I need someone who can line up solid weekend spots for the next three months. The brief is simple: confirmed bookings every Saturday and Sunday at festivals, markets, or private parties that meet my minimum-attendance expectations.
You’ll be liaising directly with organisers, locking in the date, fee, bump-in details, and power/water access, then handing me the agreement so I can roll in with my signature dishes and a few local specialties that always pull a crowd.
Deliverables I expect for each secured booking:
• Event name, organiser contact, address, and expected attendance
• Confirmed date and serving window (Sat or Sun only)
• Site fee agreed and any commission structure spelled out
• Power/water requirements noted and approved by the organiser
Payment is per successful booking, so the more quality gigs you lock in, the better you get paid. If you already have a network on the Gold Coast or southside Brisbane events circuit, you’ll hit the ground running; otherwise I’m happy to share past contacts to get you started.
