Energetic Corporate Retreat Host Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We’re looking for an energetic, people-friendly host to lead the Lear Team’s one-day retreat in Pune. Your role is simple: own the room, guide the flow, and keep the group engaged from the welcome to the final wrap-up.
What you’ll do
• Welcome the team and set a warm, upbeat tone for the day
• Introduce and guide each activity (ice-breakers, challenges, games, trek, photo tasks, bonfire moments)
• Keep the energy balanced — light, fun, and participative
• Ensure smooth transitions and keep everyone involved
• Close the day with a short acknowledgment and group wrap-up
What we’re looking for
• Strong stage presence; comfortable leading 25–40 people
• Naturally engaging, confident, and good at reading group vibes
• Experience hosting events, workshops, or team activities is a plus
• Pune-based or able to travel to Panshet for the day
