Distribute Catalogs at BEAUTYISTANBUL

I will ship more than 500 of our product catalogs to Istanbul ahead of BEAUTYISTANBUL, 8–10 May 2025, at the new TÜYAP Fair Center. Your task is to be on-site for the full three days, walk every aisle, stop at every stand, and place one catalog directly into the hands of each exhibitor.

You will:
• collect the cartons I forward to your local address or hotel the day before the show opens;
• enter the halls as soon as they open, working methodically through all booth numbers so no company is missed;
• keep a simple log (booth number + company name) and snap a quick photo at each hand-off as proof of delivery;
• send me a short progress email each evening and a final consolidated report when the show closes;
• return or dispose of any leftover copies as I instruct.

Fluent Turkish or English is fine; a friendly, professional approach is essential because the catalog represents our brand to potential partners. A smartphone for photos and basic Excel or Google Sheets for the log are the only tools required.
