Denmark Spirits Sampling Promo Coordination

I’m organising a series of spirits-sampling activations in Denmark’s major cities and need end-to-end support to make each promo day run smoothly.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Recruit a promo team experienced with alcohol brands, brief them on responsible serving and key product facts.
• Coordinate all schedules, shifts and on-site logistics so staff are in the right place, on time, in collaboration with brand ambassador. (uniforms and POS materials- TBC if in scope)
• Supervise each activation, ensuring promoters actively engage venue guests and distribute samples while sharing short brand story.
• Collect light consumer feedback on flavour preferences and note any stand-out insights for my post-campaign report.

I’ll provide the product, talking points and a detailed brief once we connect. You’ll handle talent sourcing, local permits (if required), and a concise wrap-up report including headcounts and feedback highlights. (venue liaison on our side)
