Day of wedding coordination

I am looking for assistance to help coordinate my wedding on October 28, 2023. I have a list of 50-100 guests attending, so I need someone who is experienced in making sure the day goes smoothly. I need help with setting up the reception venue and managing the schedule (if possible).
