Day-of Wedding Coordinator Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm seeking an experienced wedding planner to provide day-of coordination for my wedding in Oxford on 14th September this year. On the day, you will be responsible for managing the timeline, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing setup and breakdown at Keble College, Oxford.
At this stage, the majority of the wedding is organised, however to avoid being in event planning mode myself on the day, I'm looking for someone fab and experienced to work with, to help it all run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the wedding day timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup
- Helping with drinks reception set-up
- Adding style to the evening bar-set-up
- Overseeing setup and breakdown of the ceremony and reception
Ideal candidates should have prior experience in day-of wedding coordination, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
