Custom Zoho Booking Form for Car Rental & Bus Service
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Forms specialist to design and build a fully customized, professional booking form for our bus rental service. The form will be used by customers to request quotes and book buses for one-way trips, round trips, multi-day tours, and corporate/event travel.
We already have the complete field structure and layout planned — you'll be responsible for building it out in Zoho Forms with the right logic, validations, and styling.
Scope of Work
Build a multi-section/multi-page Zoho Form based on our provided field list (customer info, trip details, bus preferences, itinerary, budget, confirmation)
Set up conditional logic within the form (e.g., show "Return Date" only if "Round Trip" is selected; show itinerary fields only for multi-day/tour trips)
Configure field validations (phone number format, email format, min/max passenger count, required fields)
Apply custom branding — logo, brand colors, fonts to match our company identity
Add file upload field for reference documents
Add e-signature field for booking confirmation
Set up auto-notification emails (internal team alert + customer acknowledgment) with dynamic merge fields
Make the form fully mobile-responsive
Test all logic, validations, and notifications end-to-end before delivery
Provide a short walkthrough or documentation on how to edit/manage the form afterward
Requirements
Proven experience with Zoho Forms specifically
Strong understanding of conditional/rule-based form logic
Experience with field validation rules and multi-page form design
Experience setting up email notifications and merge tags within Zoho Forms
Good communication skills — able to work from a provided field list and ask clarifying questions where needed
Prior experience with booking/reservation forms (travel, transport, or event industry) is a plus
