Corporate Meetup MC Needed

I’m organising “eStore Fest,” an after-work meetup for about 50 e-commerce professionals at the Sydney Masonic Centre on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 (4:30 pm–6:00 pm). To keep the afternoon flowing seamlessly I need a confident, formally-presented MC who can greet guests, introduce three short speaker segments, maintain a polished yet engaging tone, and wrap up on time.

You’ll receive a concise run-sheet with key talking points rather than a word-for-word script, so quick thinking and a clear, well-modulated voice are essential. During each presentation I’d like you to note any audience questions, then lead a short Q&A before moving us into networking. Professional attire, punctuality and the ability to lift the room’s energy while still sounding corporate are must-haves.

My budget is capped at AU $300 for the 90-minute booking, inclusive of your prep. Please share a brief overview of similar events you’ve hosted and links or videos that show you in action. If you have experience with cabaret-style room setups or e-commerce gatherings, highlight that as well—those clips will help me choose quickly.
