Corporate Event Photoshoot Director

I’m putting together a high-profile corporate event and need an experienced show director who can step in on a freelance basis to run the photoshoot side of the program. The brief centres on two critical areas: getting the staging and lighting perfect for every key moment and guiding audience interaction so shots feel energetic rather than forced.

You’ll work with my internal events team and the hired photographer to:

• Map out the shot list and flow so our schedule keeps moving smoothly.
• Design lighting cues that transition cleanly from presentations to candid networking.
• Coach speakers and attendees in real time, helping them relax, look natural and engage with the camera.
• Coordinate with AV and décor suppliers to be sure every visual element aligns with the overall brand aesthetic.

I expect you on site for rehearsals, live event day, and a short post-show debrief to lock any follow-up edits we might need from the photographer.
