Corporate Event Assistant Needed in Kuala Lumpur (On-site)
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I'm organizing a small corporate event and need a reliable helper.
Venue: WSPACE Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur
Date: 16 July (Wednesday)
Time: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Scope of Work:
- Pack 20-30 laptop bags (can be done at our office on 15 July)
- Transport items (1 pull-up banner, tablecloth, A4 acrylic stand, 20-30 laptop bags) to venue using your own car
- Set up event materials at venue
- Assist with on-site registration for 20-30 guests
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in event assistance
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to drive and transport items
