Conference Event Videography
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented solo event videographer based in Istanbul to provide full video coverage for the European Voice Assembly 2026.
The event will take place at the Armada Hotel Old City, Istanbul, from August 21 to August 23, 2026.
This role requires capturing high-quality video and audio of keynotes, panel discussions, live debate rounds, and delegate interactions. You will be acting as our primary visual documentarian on-site, working alongside our event coordination team.
Core Tasks & Execution Workflow
Day 1 & Day 2 (Aug 21 & Aug 22 )
Arrive 30 minutes prior to session start for setup and audio/lighting checks.
Record key speeches, debate proceedings, panel discussions, and candid participant interactions.
Capture crisp audio using a wireless lapel microphone or direct audio board output.
Day 3 (Aug 23 | Meeting Room Facility):
Capture the final day meeting sessions, closing remarks, and group delegate shots.
Post-Event & Media Transfer:
Transfer organized, unedited 4K raw footage and audio files via external drive or cloud upload at the end of each event day (or within 24 hours post-event).
Produce and deliver one polished 2-to-3-minute event highlight recap video (edited with background music, sound leveling, and color grading) within 5 business days post-conference.
Key Requirements & Equipment
Own Professional Equipment:
4K-capable DSLR / Mirrorless Camera Setup.
Gimbal/Stabilizer and/or sturdy tripod for smooth, steady tracking shots.
Wireless lapel/lavalier microphone system for clear single-speaker audio recording.
On-camera lighting solution (if required for indoor conference environments).
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in live event, corporate, or conference videography.
Ability to capture clean framing, stable camera movements, and proper exposure in indoor lighting.
